Ingredients
- 3 ~ 7 or 8 ounce package Herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 3 ~ 10.5 cans of Cream of Mushroom sSoup
- 6 cups diced chicken/turkey
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbs chopped pimentos (optional)
- 2 Tbs parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Toss stuffing mix with chicken broth, beaten eggs and cream of mushroom soup. Mix together and spread in 2 ~ 9x13 pans. Top with cooked chicken/turkey. Mix rest of soup with milk, pimentos and parsley. Pour over 2 dishes and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out and let stand for 20 minutes and cut into squares.
*Can make the night before and put in the refrigerator.
