Ingredients
- 1 8- oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 large slice ham (from the meat section), cooked and ground in a food processor
- 2 T parsley
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts

Step 1
Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Add ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce. Cover and chill several hours. Form into individual balls and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers or without!
