- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 18-oz. package yellow cake mix
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil; mix well. Add cake mix and spices. Pour into a greased and floured 15" x 10" jelly roll pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:
1 16-oz tub vanilla frosting
3-oz. cream cheese
Combine vanilla frosting and cream cheese, beating until creamy. Frost cake and store in refrigerator.
