Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey (lean)
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1/2 Ginger
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble turkey into a large bowl. Add salt, sage, pepper, ginger and cayenne. Shape into sixteen 2 1/2 inch patties.
In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
