Ingredients

1/2 1/2 1/2 c olive oil
1/2 1/2 1/2 c vinegar
3 3 3 T fresh parsley
1 1 1 t sugar
3/4 3/4 3/4 t dried basil
1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
1/2 1/2 1/2 t pepper
3 3 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 2 jar 2 oz jar pimento, drained
8 8 8 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
8 8 8 cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients. Put cubes in the bottom of large dish. Top each with a dollop of cream cheese. Cover with marinade. Keep in frig at least 8 hours. Serve over crackers.
