Ingredients
- 1 4lb. Chuck Roast
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 1 Med. Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 t. chili powder
- 2 t. cumin
- 2 t. coriander
- 1 can of mexican tomatoes
- flour/wheat tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Put in a slow cooker, put the onions on the bottom, then the meat, then all of the other ingredients except the tortillas. Cook for about 7 hrs. on low.
Remove the meat and shred with 2 forks.
Put the meat in a tortillas and then top with your favoite toppings, cheese, sour cream, hot sause ect.
