  • Bunch of basil, sage, thyme, or herb of your choice

Step 1

Wash and dry the herbs, then remove the leaves from the stems. Working in batches, arrange the leaves in a single layer on a paper plate or paper towel. Microwave in 20 second intervals until the leaves are fully dry and brittle.

Crumble them into an airtight container and store up to three months.
