- 7/8 cup flour (wheat or oat)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 3/4 cup allergy free milk (we use rice milk)
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar together in a large bowl.
Mix oil and milk together in small bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir well.
Cook in pan on medium heat until bubbles form on outside of pancake, flip.
