Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 pieces of chicken thighs, drums or combination
  • 1 1 1 package hashbrowns
  • 2 2 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4 4 4 carrots, chopped
  • 2 2 2 bottles Italian salad dressing
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme etc. Place chicken in a zip lock bag and pour Italian dressing over and marinate overnight.

In a large 9x13 pan spray with PAM.

Place potatoes, veggies on the bottom of the dish, pour more of the Italian dressing and sprinkle more cheese on top. Place the chicken and marinade on top of the veggies. Sprinkle the chicken with grated parmesan cheese.

Bake for 1 hour until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
