Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon)
- 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger (I grate fresh ginger)
- 1 5oz. skin-on salmon fillets, patted dry

Step 1
Heat grill 425 degrees. Make glaze - place ingredients in saucepan and heat on grill, stirring occasionally. Until the mixture comes to a boil, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Brush salmon on both sides with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Using tongs, dip a paper towel in oil, then rub onto grill grates. Arrange salmon on the grill, skin side down. Grill covered about 5 minutes. Carefully flip then brush the crisp skin generously with the glaze. Cover and cook until salmon is opaque in the center, 5 to 6 minutes more. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
