Ingredients
- 8 oz lump crabmeat
- A few drops of tobasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon low-sodium Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon course ground prepared mustard
- 1 sliced shallot
- Vermont white cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cracked wheat sourdough bread

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crabmeat with remaining ingredients. Brush both sides of bread with melted butter. Lightly grill both sides of bread in skillet. Top two slices of bread with cheese and crabmeat. Cover with other two slices of bread. Grill on each side using press.
