Ingredients
- 1 loaf crusty bread
- 1 bunch fresh herbs, such as basil, lemon, thyme, rosemary
- Kosher salt
- Parmesan and Garlic Artisan Vinaigrette (or make your own, or just use Parmesan and garlic to taste)

Step 1
Cut bread into 1 inch square pieces, set aside.
Finely chop herbs. Place herbs into large mixing bowl and add 4 tablespoons of the Lucini™ Bold Parmesan & Garlic Artisan Vinaigrette and pinch of Kosher Salt. Stir until blended.
Toss bread pieces into mixture until lightly coated. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place in preheated 300 degree F oven for 20 minutes, turning 1/2 way. Cook until bread is crisp through.
