  • 2 tsp Sage (Ground)
  • 2 tsp Chives
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme, Dried
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey (93% Lean)
  • 1/2 lb Ground Pork

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bow, combine the first seven ingredients.

Crumble turkey and pork over mixture and mix well.

Shape into eighteen 2 inch patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning once. Drain on paper towel.
