Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tea. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions, tossing to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
