  • 3/4 cup un?ipping cream-set aside
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Step 1

Melt carmels. Mix u?ipping cream like pie crust. Measure 1 1/2 cup of mixture excess. Bal in 9x13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Put carmel mixture on top add balance of crumbs (nuts if desired) bake again at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
