Ingredients
- 8 OZ breast
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 oz chicken stock
- 1 oz butter
- pinch red pepper flakees
- 1 1/2 oz apricot preserves
- 1 oz white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Saute breast in olive oil for 1 1/2 min.
Mix together remaining ingredients and boil down for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes
Pour over breast
FOR RASPBERRY use 1 1/2 oz raspberry preserves, pinch of parsley and 2 slices red onion and then follow above directions.
