Ingredients
- Add to the above:
- Dissolve 1T. yeast and 1T. brown sugar in 1/4 c. warm water for 10 min.
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. molasses
- 1 T. salt
- Add to above:
- 1/2c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. 7 grain cereal
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 c. unbleached flour
- 2 1/2 c. hot water

Preparation
Step 1
Knead 8 min (or use dough hook on Kitchen Aid mixer).
Place in warm oven 1 1/2 hours (oven turned on to 170 and then turn off, when able to comfortably touch oven rack, it's OK to put bread dough in to rise.
Punch down and divide into 4 small loaves. Cover and let rest 10 min.
Roll out and place in pans.
Let rise 1 hour and 15 min.
Bake @ 375 for 30 min.
