- cup heavy cream

- cup low sod. chicken broth

- egg yolk
- 1/3 1/3
- cup parm cheese
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Cook fettuccine
Melt butter in a large pan over med. heat. Add fettuccine to the melted butter, tossing to coat.
Whisk together cream, broth, and egg yolk; stir cream mixture into fettuccine. Increase heat to med-high and bring pasta mixture to a simmer. Cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in parm; season with salt and pepper.
