  • cups shredded cheddar

  • cup whole milk

  • tsp. salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

spray crock pot with pam. cook bacon until crisp and chop into ½ inch pieces. saute onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes. place ⅓ hashbrowns on the bottom. add ⅓ bacon and ⅓ mixture and ⅓ cheese. repeat layers.

in large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. pour over ingredients. cook on low 8-10 hours.
