Ingredients

  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/3 C reduced fat chicken broth
  • 4 1/2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 4 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 C fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeledand deveined

Preparation

Step 1

- Combine cornstarch and broth until smooth; stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame oil
- Stir fry broccoli in large pan in canola oil until crisp tender; add onions, garlic; ginger; stirring until broccoli is tender; add shrimp; stir fry until shrimp are no longer pink - about 5 min.
- Stir conrnstarch mixture and add to pan; bring to a boil and cook and stir 2 min, until thickened.
- Serve with rice.
