- 2 Tbsp. plain dry breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toated if desired
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Combine ingredients dry ingredients.
2.) Preheat oven to 450F, arrange rack so that air will circulate between the pans.
3.) Lightly oil sheet pan or use non-stick sheet pan.
4.) Remove chicken tenders from breast, rinse chicken but don't pat dry.
5.) Dip in sesame breading, patting sesame seeds onto chicken. Place on sheet pan.
6.) Bake in preheated 450F oven for 20 minutes.
7.) Turn chicken over & bake for additional 5 to 7 minutes or until internal temp is 160F at thickest part.
8.) Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
9.) Thinly slice cutlets.
10.) To freeze, place chicken in a single layer in gallon-sized bag, divide the cutlets into 3 equal portions, then place in Bag.
