Ingredients
- 1 lb bag wide egg noodles
- 2 pkgs Birds Eye frozen creamed spinach
- 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- grated Parmesan for topping if desired

Preparation
Step 1
COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTION, DRAIN WELL AND RETURN TO POT.
ADD IN 1/2 CUP BUTTER & STIR WELL
IN THE MEANTIME, PREPARE SPINACH IN MICROWAVE.
IN 1/2 REMAINING BUTTER, SAUTE MUSHROOMS IN SKILLET UNTIL BROWNED. SALT AS DESIRED.
STIR SPINACH AND MUSHROOMS INTO NOODLES UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
CAN DIVIDE AMONG PAM SPRAYED GRATIN DISHES AND TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
BAKE IN 325 OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES
