Gran Riserva Balsamico Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Lucini® 10-year Gran Riserva Balsamico (or good balsamic)
• 3 tablespoons good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 pinch of fresh pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place the LBalsamico, the salt and the pepper in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until the salt is completely dissolved, then add the LExtra Virgin Olive Oil and beat to form a fairly thick emulsion.
