Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbl. Honey 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 fresh cloves
- Sirloin tip roast or steak & chicken
- White onion, red & green peppers

Serve on tortillas with sour cream, lettuce etc.
