Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- a little onion salt & milk
- 4 Tbl melted butter
- 1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Put chicken in bottom of 2 qt. casserole. Mix the soup, sour cream, a little milk, onion salt and 2 Tbl. melted butter. Pour over chicken. Mix the crushed Ritz with 1 cube melted butter and 2 Tbl. poppyseeds and sprinkle over top of chicken. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
