Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 C warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 3 C flour

Step 1
Combine yeast, sugar and water and let stand until yeast foams
Using dough hook, blend salt and olive oil into yeast mixture. Add flour a little at at time on low setting
As dough balls, increase speed to medium. Mix until dough gathers into a ball (5min)
turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead until elastic. Form into a round and place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise to double (1hr)
Turn out onto lightly floured surface. Divide in 3. Cover and let rest 10 min
Beat down dough working from center to form 12" rounds. Dust pizza paddle with flour and slide dough onto it.
Brush dough w/ olive oil and top w/ sauce and favorites.
Slide pizza onto pizza stone in pre-heated 500' oven for 3-4 min. (Preheat oven w/ pizza stone in it 30min-1hr before baking pizza)
Swithc oven to broiler and finish for a crispy topping.
