  • 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • One can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine pineapple, preserves, and soy sauce in sauce pan. Simmer over low heat. Brown chicken in butter. Remove from heat and place in baking dish. Cover with pineapple mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
