Ingredients
- 4 Racks of Pork Back Ribs
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Pckg. Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Bottle Peach Schnapps or 1 Large Jar Grape jelly
- 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (Store Bought)
- 5-6 Shakes Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Put soup mix in plastic ziplock and shake with ribs. Then broil ribs on high single layer in oven. Meanwhile mix all other ingredients together and once ribs are broiled (just until golden about 5 minutes depending on your oven) put it all together in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. If you don't have a slow cooker you can place the ribs in a roasting pan and bake at 300 for 3 hours.
