Cream Cheese for Mascarpone

• st Substitution for small amount Mascarpone:
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• small amount powdered sugar
• OR:
• nd Substitution for larger amount Mascarpone:
• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

1st Substitution:
Just blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
