Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups self rising flour
- 4 Tbs sugar
- 1 small container Ricotta
- 6 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, the dough will be soft and sticky.
Drop 1/2 tsp full in hot oil, they will turn over themselves. When they are golden brown they are cooked.
Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
