Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground meat
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large carrots
  • Salt
  • Parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into center of loaf pan (13 X 9). Peel vegetables. Cut in half. (Par-boil vegetables)
Place vegetables around loaf, cover with foil cook in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours or until done.
