Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T salt
- 1 T sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 4 large eggs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 16 oz. jar bread & butter pickles, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika, cayenne & sugar. Lighly beat eggs. Fill pot with oil to fry (350 deg). Toss pickles in flour, press to adhere, toss in eggs to coat; coat with flour again. Add to oil. Fry until browned (8- 9 mins). Serve immediately.
