Baked and Grilled Potatoes 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 4 Baking potatoes (2 lb./900 g)
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat.

PIERCE potatoes with fork or small sharp knife. Rub with oil; sprinkle with salt.

PLACE on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 8 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning after 4 min. Transfer from plate to barbecue grate.

GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are crisp, turning occasionally. Cut potatoes in half; top with remaining ingredients.
