Ingredients

2 c Eggnog-flavored skim milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 t cinnamon
6 croissants
3 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggnog, egg & cinnamon. Slice croissants lengthwise. Melt 1 T butter in skillet. Dip croissant half in batter and place on skillet. Cook on each side until browned.
