Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 squares Bakers white chocolate, chopped and divided OR
  • 2/3 C of white chocolate chips
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in ½ of white chocolate. Pour into crust. Sprinkle rest of chocolate over the pie.

Bake for 35 minutes or until center is almost set

Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
