  • 1/4 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla (or almond)

Step 1

Beat cream and vanilla until foamy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Makes about 3 1/2 C

Refrigerates for 8-12 hours.
