Hummus bi Tahini II

I highly recommend using Ziyad brand hummus tahini (you can find it on line)

Ingredients
- 2 cups dry garbanzo beans, soaked overnight (this is 6 cups soaked and cooked garbanzo beans)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (for traditional method)
- 4 heaping Tbsp tahini (Ziyad is the best)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend the garlic, salt and lemon juice in the blender. Pour into a bowl.
2. Blend the cooked and drained garbanzo beans 1 cup at a time, with 1/8 cup water, until all is used
3. Stir this into the bowl. Stir in the tahini, 1/4 cup warm water and olive oil (if using).
4. Taste and add more lemon or salt, as desired.
