Chess Cake (Betty)

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 box of yellow cake mix (50)
• 1 egg (2)
• 1 stick of melted butter (8)
• 8 oz cream cheese (24)
• 1 box of powdered sugar (30)
• 2 eggs (4)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine cake ingredients and press into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Batter will be thick. Press batter down to form crust, but leave slightly raised edges. Blend topping ingredients and pour over cake batter.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
