Ingredients

  • First Layer:
  • 1 stick of butter. melted
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • Second Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 1 C Cool Whip
  • Third Layer
  • 2 packages small instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 C cold milk
  • Four th Layer
  • 1 large tub of Cool Whip
  • Hershey Bar or nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Process nuts and mix all together to form a crust. Press into a prepared 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 10 mintues. Let cool completely.

Mix Second Layer and spread on crust. So you don’t break the crust . . . spoon dollops of second layer all over the crust. Press them down with a spatula so that they meet.

Mix third layer until thick. Spread on top.

Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or shaved Hershey bar.

Refrigerate.
