Ingredients

2 C Crushed Pretzels
3/4 C Melted Butter
3 Tbs Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 C Sugar
2 C Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
6 oz Strawberry JELLO
2 C boiling Water
10 oz Pkg Frozen Strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix pretzels, 3 Tbs sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9 by 13 pan. Bake 8-10 min. at 400 degrees.

Mix Cream Cheese, sugar and whipped cream. Spread over COOLED crust. Mix Gelatin in boiling water. Add strawberries. Stir until dissolved and set aside to thicken. Spook over cream cheese mixture and chill. Garnish with fresh Strawberries.
