Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsps parsley
  • 1 lb ground beef, lean

Directions

Heat the broiler.

Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet until sheet is completely coated.

Combine the meat, minced garlic, parsley (or 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings instead), eggs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together.

Form the meat mixture into small round balls - about an inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on the oiled baking sheet.

Broil for about 5 minutes. Turn as necessary to cook.
