Ingredients
- 1/2 small Onion, chopped
- 1 rib Celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounce) chopped Tomatoes, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped Parsley
- 1/3 cup fat free Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 pound extra lean Ground Beef
- 1 pound ground Turkey Breast
- 1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute onion, celery, peppers and garlic in a pan with cooking spray until soft. Place in a large bowl. Add 2 cup tomatoes, parsley, milk, egg, Worcestershire, seasonings, beef, turkey and bread crumbs. Stir until well blended. Place in a prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Pour remaining tomatoes on top during the last 15 minutes of baking. Drain.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serves 8; Note: 287cal, 20 g carb, 2g fiber, 8g fat.
