Ingredients
- 1-9-inch pie shell, unbaked (24)
- 4 whole eggs (8)
- 1 1/2 C sugar (22)
- 1/2 C margarine, melted (24)
- 1 1/2 Tbs white cornmeal (1)
- 3 Tbs lemon juice (0)
- grated lemon zest (0)
- pinch of salt (0)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Beat eggs. Add sugar, butter and cornmeal. Beat well after each one. Add lemon juice, zest and salt. Beat. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Refrigerate after it cools.
Top with homemade cream.
Serves 8 at 9.5 WW Points Each
