Ingredients
- Icing:
- While Cake Mix (and ingredients to make)
- 6 Tbs Country Time Pink Lemonade Mix
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened to room temp.
- 6 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 6 cups confectioners' sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Add lemonade mix to cake mix, prepare cake as indicated. Stir in Zest.
Lemonade Buttercream (makes about 4 1/2 cups)
In a large bowl, beat the butter, lemonade concentrate and lemon zest at medium speed with an electric mixer until combined. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth.
