Ingredients
- 2 c crisp rice cereal
- 2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c shelled roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c roasted salted pepitas (green pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 c roasted salted soy nuts
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray 13x9" pan with non-stick cooking spray.* In a large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas and soy nuts.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until bubble. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to combine. Press into pan; cool completely.
TIP *To make removal of bars easier, line pan with foil before spraying it.
Yield: 24 bars
