Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, cubed 1/2 inch
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 C water
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 C frozen mixed vegetables

Step 1
Combine the first twelve ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for six hours. Add vegetables; cover and cook on high two hours longer or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
Serves 8-10
