Ingredients
- (1) 9-inch deep dish pie shell
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3/4 cup prosciutto or pastrami, pull into pieces sprinkle of basil
- 1/4 tsp of dried oregano
- Dash of black pepper to taste
- 1 cup provolone or your favorite cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Bake the shell for 5 minutes and remove...
Arrange tomato slices on bottom of shell. Add pastrami or prosciutto, basil, oregano and pepper.. Combine cheese and mayonnaise...spread on top to cover top of pie..sprinkle with nutmeg..
Bake for 35 minutes..serves for six
