Baked Pineapple

By

A baked pineapple recipe is the perfect alternative to pies this holiday season. Pineapple isn’t usually thought of as a holiday ingredient, but it makes a delightful addition to any meal, especially at holidays. Since I love pineapple, it’s no surprise that one of my favorite side dishes was Baked Pineapple. Warm and sweet, this simple dish was the one I always looked forward to as a delicious addition to the dinners. It goes great with any dinner spread and is also wonderful with ham. Sprinkled with cinnamon, this dish adds color, warmth and a bit of spicy sweetness to any meal. I’d like to share this recipe with you, and hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
