Ingredients
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 C Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbs Egg Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- 1/2 tsp Vanill
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Filling
- 1 1/2 C Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- Topping
- 1 1/2 C Sliced Strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Mix above in a blender and refrigerate for one hour. Stir. Heat an 8-inch skillet until a drop of water sizzles. Spray with Pam. Add ¼ C batter. Swirl pan to coat. Cook one minute over heat. Flip and cook 15 seconds more.
Mix filling. Fill each crepe and roll up. Top with strawberries.
Serves 6, 1 point per serving
