Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, diced
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1 each red and green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2-16 oz cans of beef broth
- 1-16 oz can of chopped tomatoes, drained
- 1-16 oz can of dark red kidney beans
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire
- 1 C grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large, deep saucepan, sauté beef in oil until brown on all sides. Add peppers and onion and sauté about three to four minutes. Add broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (except the cheese), stir, cover and simmer, 20 minutes. Ladle soup into bowls and top with cheese.
